Pictures?

OK, I've got my own blog and I still share one with my family, but I have no idea how you put pictures on your blog! So could someone help me out a bit? Just post a comment saying how in the world you do it and I'll be OK, alright? Plus, I can't post a picture of what weird thing that Carlie's gonna get the challengers if I don't know how. Right? So that would be a lot of help if you did that. Thanks!
